Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Go Shift ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in Alexandria, Egypt (Commercial Registration No. 35223), collects, uses and protects information when you use our advertising management software and website (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and billing details needed to create and manage your subscription.
• Connected platform data: when you connect an account through a platform's official authorization (OAuth), we receive access tokens and the data you authorize, such as ad account names and IDs, campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, targeting settings, performance metrics, lead form submissions, pixel and conversion event data, Google Analytics 4 reports and configuration, and Google Tag Manager containers, tags, triggers and variables.
• Usage data: which tools you run, timestamps, request counts and error logs, used to operate, meter and secure the Service.

We do not collect or store your passwords for any connected platform, and we do not access your payment methods on any advertising platform.

2. How we use information

• To provide the features you request: reporting, audits, analysis and the campaign or configuration changes you explicitly ask for.
• To enforce safety controls, such as creating new campaigns in a paused state and requiring your approval before spend-related changes.
• To operate, secure, support and bill the Service.

We do not sell your data. We do not use connected platform data for advertising, to build profiles, or to train AI models.

3. Platform-specific commitments

Google: Go Shift's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs (including Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta, TikTok and Snapchat: we access these platforms only through their official APIs, use their data solely to provide the Service to the user who authorized it, and comply with each platform's developer and data policies.

4. AI assistants

The Service works with AI assistants you choose (for example, Claude or ChatGPT). When you ask your assistant a question, the data needed to answer it is returned to that assistant at your request. Your use of the assistant is governed by its provider's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, payment processing and email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not share connected platform data with other users or third parties for their own purposes.

6. Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest, all traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, and access to production systems is restricted. You can revoke our access at any time from the connected platform's settings or from your Go Shift account.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep connected platform data only as long as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a platform, we delete its tokens immediately and its synced data within 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law. See our Data Deletion page.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified by email.
